LED Christmas Candle Arch - not working (Primrose LA1)

OFFERED: An LED Christmas Candle light decoration, mounted on a wooden arch.

I am sure this worked in the summer when I came across it, but it doesn't seem to work now, for some reason.

I tried changing the fuse, but it made no difference.

I wonder if perhaps just one bulb has gone, and it won't work unless they are all okay, like old Christmas tree lights used to do...?

Anybody handy with such things? You are welcome to take it and see what you can do with it.

Still quite decorative as it stands, I think!
