6 ft. artificial tree (Western Dearborn)

Only a few years old, but it is too much work for me to put up and also we have a small condo and a trouble making cat. It is in good shape and I still have the box it came in. I can also give a couple of sets of colored lights. It is narrow so it can fit in a smaller space.
