A set of four shelves from B&M's home essentials line. Plastic and lightweight, but fairly sturdy especially if you put some weight of it. Collapses into compact pieces. Works in two and three shelf configurations as well.
One of the arms had a piece break off, but the shelf is still fully functional. See attached picture. The 5th picture shows the broken arm when installed. It looks fine, just doesn't connect to the shelf above it.
