A set of four shelves from B&M's home essentials line. Plastic and lightweight, but fairly sturdy especially if you put some weight of it. Collapses into compact pieces. Works in two and three shelf configurations as well. One of the arms had a piece break off, but the shelf is still fully functional. See attached picture. The 5th picture shows the broken arm when installed. It looks fine, just doesn't connect to the shelf above it. Original B&M listing:

Ready for a new home! I'd recommend picking this up with a vehicle, or if on foot having at least two people available to carry the various pieces back. They're bubble-wrapped, but it's still a lot for just one person to carry in their arms.

This NETTA Portable Air Conditioning Unit was originally bought off Amazon a few years ago. It works alright, cooling a room by a few degrees. I've since upgraded to a larger model, and would like to get rid of this one. This unit comes with the exhaust hose and a remote control. It features touch buttons on the top with a temperature display for control. Alternatively, it can be controlled wirelessly via an included remote. When in use, place the unit by a window and put the hose out the window, where it will exhaust hot air from the room. The flaps on the front can also be positioned to control the direction of air flow. Model: NETTA 103440-A019-08KR2/E1

Double Memory Foam Mattress Topper (RG30)

This is a memory foam mattress topper for a double bed size. It will make any firm mattress lovely and soft! The cover has a rubbery bottom to stop it from slipping. It doesn't need to be fixed to a mattress, just laid on top of the bare mattress. Note that it may be best to get deep sheets for your bed, as this will add another 5cm to the height. It has a removable cover that can easily be thrown in the wash. It is in excellent condition, despite being about 5 years old. I'm getting rid of it, as I've recently upgraded to a King sized bed, and simply have no need for this any more. It is not too heavy and could theoretically be carried away if you don't have a car.
