2017 or 2018 model Garmin Forerunner 30 and cable. Not sure how good the battery life is but it charges fine and pairs to the Garmin app. Suitable for cycling, walking, etc as well as cardio.
(Spare wrist straps available on ebay for about £6 if you don't like red!)
