Shipton Mill White organic stoneground flour (Bear Flat)

The remains of a 25k sack I bought last year. Been kept safely in a clean dry garage. There must be quite a few kilos left and I don’t want it to go to waste. BUT - I bought it for bread making, and all the loaves I made with it were dreadful. Didn’t rise, and even my sourdough starter failed. I’m sure it will be fine for any other use though.
