If it worked, you could stand on this unlikely looking sideways scooter (like in the third picture) and steer it around by shifting your weight about. But the battery has died and would need to be replaced. Also missing the charger, so you'd need a charger for 36V scooters with the appropriate plug. Or it may be of interest to an electronics enthusiast for parts or repair.
