Root-Lowell atomist sprayer. Used for foliar feeding as well as pest & disease control on plants.
Seems to be intact except for canister (reservoir to hold liquid plant food, water, etc), which I believe is available online; I've never used this. It was salvaged from local high school horticulture program.
