Toothpaste dispenser? (11422)

🤷🏾‍♀️Idk what this is exactly but looks like it might squeeze a toothpaste tube for you...another freecycler snuck this in with something unrelated that I picked up. Don’t want to throw it out but will if no one takes it because I’m squeamish about bathroom and hygiene products.
