I have an old Tower domed pressure cooker. Unfortunately, the pressure gauge is no longer functional and Tower do not have any spares for something this 'ancient'.
It is the gauge that has a central 'button' which rises with increasing pressure: yellow - blue - red. Mine now only goes to yellow before venting all the excess pressure.
