Shower Riser Rail (Broughton CH4)
All components, complete with cover plates and fixing screws. Unsuitable for our shower, so never used. Fixing centres ~48cm.

Free:
Monitor (Broughton CH4)
Small Dell monitor. 15" (diagonal). I got it from Freegle/Freecycle but discovered it was no bigger than my laptop monitor anyway.

Pair of curtains (Broughton CH4)
The picture is of one curtain with the gathering flattened to show the patern. They are each 1m wide (ungathered) with a 1m drop. They are not 'blackout' curtains. The material is relatively thick, but unlined, so will let a little light through.

Weights & bench (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
Set of steel dumbbells and a home made bench. The bench dismantles for storage and could be used separately. They can remain paired or I can separate them.

Free:
RadioCassette (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
Old Panasonic radio-cassette. The radio is absolutely fine, but the cassette isn't. It had begun to sound muffled, which I took to be a worn replay head. However, I never did anything with it and consigned it to our loft. The mechanism is making a sound, but nothing moves. My suspicion (not investigated) that a little tinkering and maybe a new head (if they are available) would get it working. One for the tinkerers out there.

Marquetry kit (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
I began it years ago, but never got further than the first cut. So, it is virtually complete. It does need a new scalpel.

Free:
Electric Fire (Broughton CH4)
Very basic, 1kW single-bar fire. I cannot remember when I bought it, but I've still got its original box.

Free:
Electronics Magazines (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
Mainly from the 1970s, but some into the 1980s: Electronics Today International (ETI), Practical Electronics, Wireless World, Elector I've not counted them, but there's a full box worth. Pre-IBM PC, mainly pre-digital. So, most of the projects are analogue and using descrete components. I've held onto them for nostalgic reasons, but haven't looked at them for ages. Some of the projects might be suitable for a budding electronics tinkerer.

Soft suitcase (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
I actually bought this in the 70s, but it is still barely marked. It doesn't have a lock, but the zip and all the buckles are fine. Dimensions: L=70cm, W=40cm, H=20cm

Free:
Travel Trunk (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
The latches are a bit rusty and stiff from underuse, but it's still perfectly functional. It's still got stuff in it at the moment, but can be 'released' for anyone expressing genuine interest. External dimensions: L=92cm, W=52cm, H=50cm. I can't withdraw this item, but I have promised it to someone on the 24th.

Free:
Foam pieces (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
Various foam pieces. Possibly for packing or furniture repair. (Tape included in the picture to give a sense of size.)

Free:
Soft camera bag (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
20x26x12cm with multiple pockets. Of course, it could be used for just about anything. Clean and still in pretty good condition, considering its age.

Free:
Under-bed storage (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
1m long, 45cm wide. Wire framed with a zip. Not very robust, but it's miraculously untorn and will keep dust off.

Free:
Message board & key pegs (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
Metal board with little 'hands' to grip messages. Also, 4 pegs for keys. 40cm high, 30cm wide.

Tower Pressure Gauge (Broughton CH4)
Withdrawn
I have an old Tower domed pressure cooker. Unfortunately, the pressure gauge is no longer functional and Tower do not have any spares for something this 'ancient'. It is the gauge that has a central 'button' which rises with increasing pressure: yellow - blue - red. Mine now only goes to yellow before venting all the excess pressure.

Free:
Duct hose (Broughton CH4)
Withdrawn
Approx 2m of white, plastic ventilation hose.

Free:
Posture Stool (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
Had for ages and don't use. Still in pretty good condition

Free:
Large Cardboard boxes (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
Packed flat at the moment, but we have quite a number that haven't been used in years and would rather they are used than simply put into the recycling bin.

Free:
Vintage suitcase (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
This is actually expandable, though one of the expansion joints is stiff. Dimensions: L=62cm, W=35cm, D (or height) = 16-20cm

File case (Broughton CH4)
Gifted
This is a carrying case for the standard hanging files. It is currently empty (ie no hangers) but otherwise perfectly functional. It even has a key!

Soft Toy Kit (Broughton CH4)
Withdrawn
I bought this years ago, but never did anything with it. It has never been opened, so should be complete.

Free:
Rucksack (Broughton CH4)
Withdrawn
It's probably about 65 litre and has chest and waist straps. It's one of Lidl's specials and I found it a bit uncomfortable, as it didn't seem to have been sized for my height (~6foot). It's quite servicable and while might not be suitable to trek to the north pole, might be OK for shorter trips.

Free:
Lacing Wire (Broughton CH4)
Expired
This is actually wire that is used to tie reinforcing steel bars together. It's about 1mm diameter. I bought this wire to use in our garden, but The Gardener does not like it, as it rusts. As you can see, there are quite a few kgs here.

Washing machine - non-working! (Broughton CH4)
Expired
I'm not really expecting a queue for this item, but I do hate throwing stuff away. I am really breaking my own rules by not repairing this machine myself, but it might be a good project for someone with the skills and the need to save a few pounds. It is an Zanussi ZWF12070W1 6kg 1200rpm and has a broken drum. Looking in the back, the motor, pulley, bearing and other mechanical bits are in perfect order and it has given sterling service for quite a few years. However, the drum assembly unit is available, but does cost £160 and is heavy, so not a repair to be carried out lightly (pun intended).

I used to have a need for this, but no longer.
