The Friends of the Storey Garden (storeygardens.org) and Closing Loops (http://foodfutures.org.uk/closing-loops/) are setting up a community compost demonstration site. We are building a bay to store the woodchip that is needed for the Ridan composter (as well as food waste from Printroom cafe & others). The bay, 135 x135 cm, needs a solid base to keep the woodchip dry. Unwanted paving slabs could be the ideal base if anyone has them please. We think about 8 are needed.
