Pendulum wall clock (Nr Fresh Pond & Mt Auburn Cem.)

Google lens says this is a Barwick by Howard Miller wall clock model 4923.
After 25+ years in a dusty basement this clock deserves to be serviced and potentially may need replacement parts. I have not tried to get it going.
