MTF gold adapter (Central Square, Cambridge)

Please note: I only have one adapter, not two, as in the photo.

I've used this for a pair of headphones but it has ceased to work consistently. (The problem may reside with the headphones, not the adapter.) It looks pretty much like the one in the photo.

Please don't ask if I still have it! Once I give it away, I'll take down the post.
