Leather Sofa (E3)

Comfortable sofa, just a little rough around the edges with leather flaking in some places.

Big and heavy, with a wooden base.

It's one piece - could try to disassemble it if you bring a screwdriver, though not certain that would work

My building has a lift, but the sofa is on the second floor of the flat so needs to be carried down a flight of stairs (bring a friend- I can't help you with this)
