Leather Sofa (E3) Comfortable sofa, just a little rough around the edges with leather flaking in some places. Big and heavy, with a wooden base. 2m57 x 2m35 It's one piece - could try to disassemble it if you bring a screwdriver, though not certain that would work My building has a lift, but the sofa is on the second floor of the flat so needs to be carried down a flight of stairs (bring a friend- I can't help you with this)

Red Stone Landscaping Substrate (HA9) Expired Open 10kg bag of Exo Terra Red Stone Landscaping Substrate (essentially red sand and small rocks). Probably about 9kg left in the bag. I used it for arts and crafts but usually it's put in reptile terrariums.
