Central Heating Controller (Lewes BN7)

It can be used as a direct replacement for many existing controllers (but not all); and you can control it locally with an app, so if you have a wired thermostat (e.g. if you're replacing an older central heating programmer you probably do) then you should be able to use it as is, and set schedules using the app (which uses bluetooth). It's normally sold with a wireless display/thermostat/controller, but I don't have that any more. You can buy these separately, e.g. https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/SUSCD100.html. (You can also buy a wifi card to plug in, and then can use the app remotely.)
