Automatic pet feeder (Widcombe)

I got this free for review purposes. The instructions are in badly translated Chinese, and I can’t make head nor tail of them. I gather there’s an app to be downloaded, but when I follow the QR code, the app appears to be in Chinese. So, while it is brand new, it may require a working knowledge of Mandarin (?) to know what to do. Or maybe the English instructions will make more sense to someone else!
