I bought this a couple of weeks ago. Android smart phone from a Chinese site. However it does not recognise my UK SIM Card.
It does have the Google Play but the Apps it accepts are limited.
If you are technically minded you might be able to make it function properly.
It has a compartment for SIM Card and TF Card
