Dear all,
We have 2 elderly clients in the community (in 2 different residences) in dire need of Sky remote control devices.
Both can only afford Sky because their adult children are paying the subscription fees for them.
Despite our clients repeatedly contacting Sky and asking them to send replacement remotes as the old remotes aren't working, Sky has failed to do so.
If any 2 people here have working Sky remotes that they no longer need, our clients would be very grateful to receive them.
