This is a model SX-911 ski rack from BarreCrafters, that is mounted to the roof of your car and can hold up to four pairs of skis.
The rack is still fully functional, but after many years of reliable use there are some rusty areas on the metal ends of both bars. This is cosmetic rust, and doesn't impact the functionality of the racks.
