Small black fabric office chair (Valencia Avenue, Sunnyvale)

Small black fabric office chair with armrests and wheels. The seat has a water stain on it, but the fabric (and chair) is in excellent condition otherwise.

Behind the middle dumpster shed in the parking lot between the end of Valencia Avenue (off South Mary Avenue) and the entrance of Madera Avenue (off West Iowa Avenue) in Sunnyvale. The parking lot is behind the Crosswalk Church parking lot.

You can walk into the parking lot from the right side of 1045 Valencia Avenue or from 418 or 420 Madera Avenue to get into the parking lot. Please include your available pick up time if you want me to let you in the parking gate. I am usually available early afternoon. The parking gates are also open on Tuesday and Wednesday during the day for trash collection.
