Cream leather armchair in good used condition.
Clean, not grubby and only normal creasing that you’d expect from used leather furniture.
Please note, it was a bit difficult to get in the property, but is manageable with a bit of patience.
There are also some steps as it’s first floor, but they are external rather than internally located.
