Cream Leather Armchair (CT7)

Cream leather armchair in good used condition. Clean, not grubby and only normal creasing that you’d expect from used leather furniture. Please note, it was a bit difficult to get in the property, but is manageable with a bit of patience. There are also some steps as it’s first floor, but they are external rather than internally located. Sorry for tilted photos, but have an issue with space at the moment 🙂

Extendable Antique Dining Table (CT7)
Lovely solid wood dining table. Some signs of wear and tear to surfaces but a good solid, sturdy, well built table. Approx 5” , extends to over 7” and is quite narrow at 2”6’. Dismantled ready for collection and the beauty of this table is that it’s what they called pegged and joined, so it slots together rather than needing any hardware. Collection only, but comes in lots of pieces so as long as you have space for the main table part (5” x 2”6’) it’s not actually too difficult to transport. There are some external stairs at property.
