Heater for vivarium (Arnold NG5)

Euroreps black magic ceramic heater. 250W.
It doesnt have atemperature control and one would be needed
Was purchased to warm a reptile but found he preferred snoozing on a hot water bottle, so the heater is no longer required.
Since there may be several replies to this post please give a reason why you should have this. Additional information helps me sort out a new home for it, thank you.
