Free: Ankle/wrist weights each 1Kg weight (Arnold NG5) A pair of ankle/wrist weights. These are fabric and secured with Velcro tapes. Very flexible to fit a range of limb size. Very convenient for someone needing to do some exercise at home perhaps post op.. Little used. Just discovered in the to go to charity shop box. Pick up from off Somersby Road. Free: Heater for vivarium (Arnold NG5) Gifted Euroreps black magic ceramic heater. 250W. It doesnt have atemperature control and one would be needed Was purchased to warm a reptile but found he preferred snoozing on a hot water bottle, so the heater is no longer required. Free: Key safe (Arnold NG5) Gifted Key safe used but in good condition. Useful for when you forget your keys, or loose them! Instructions sheet available so you can programme your own code. The code currently set will be given. Included is a rubber cover for protection from the weather and set of screws. Request: keffir grains (Arnold NG5) Withdrawn Has anyone a growing Keffir starter which is now big enough to divide please. I have just found the benefit of Keffir. Free: Cardboard Packing/ moving boxes (Arnold NG5) Gifted Size, 42 x 55 x 24 cm Some boxes have been 'flattened' for easier storage but could easily be assembled with some parcel tape and some are still as boxes. In addition several smaller boxes ( not yet flattened) are available. Which type/size you prefer may depend on your capacity of the back of your car for collection. Free: Lopping Shears and hedge Shears (Arnold NG5) Expired Re post due to timewaster Old,friends! A bit rusty still working fine, I have used these at the weekend to do some garden work and to ensure they will do the jobs you ask of them. Rust has been removed from the edges but a bit more work would be useful but not essential for use. Free: Bureau (Arnold NG5) Gifted Well loved bureau. Nice wood. Size: Length 35 inches Width 18 inches Height 40 inches See images for damaged areas. Sun damage. Small amount of water damage on top from pot pants. Damage to corner of drop down lid. Missing button on draw out support for lid when opened. Obviously needs some TLC. If you are interested in giving this it should come up to form a nice piece of useful furniture, in an office area or holding computer as a work area. Free: Two dining chairs (Arnold NG5) Gifted 2 dining chairs, been well used. Sturdy wood frame with some TLC attention should come up well, the wood is good quality. to improve the looks. Seat has been re covered with velvet bronze colour. If you feel able to give them the TLC they deserve to bring them back to a good life they will serve you for many years. Set up manual included These should hep you sort out the components and get it working Components as in image with loop aerial. Radio working well Remote control working but CD not functioning., it is thought that the laser needs a clean. It also has an old fashioned Cassette facility which seems to be working OK but needs testing. If you are technically minded you can get all going. Free: single divan bed (Arnold NG5) Gifted This is now available since the 'owner' has only today changed mind about keeping it! Jonelle make divan, with attractive wooden headboard. and two useful storage drawers in the base for linen or toys Original mattress has been disposed of and the current mattress is an almost new John Lewis make with the appropriate labels. Collection only. You will need transport with a long space for the base to fit 6 ft 6 inches standard bed.
