Lengths of wool wadding. The wrappers say it’s wool, & I believe the wrappers! There are 9 sheets, each measuring 1metre16cm by 28cm, & all are still wrapped and clean.
They came as insulation/protection in boxes of posh dog food (that’s posh food, not necessarily for posh dogs!).
Wrappers say it’s fully compostable, but it looks & feels too nice to put in the bin. Someone has used this sort of stuff to insulate their shed, someone else cuts it into strips & puts it around plants to protect them from slugs.
