Ankle/wrist weights each 1Kg weight (Arnold NG5)

A pair of ankle/wrist weights. These are fabric and secured with Velcro tapes. Very flexible to fit a range of limb size or if needed to use together as 2Kg. Very convenient for someone needing to do some exercise at home perhaps post op.. Little used.
  Just discovered in the 'o go to charity shop' box. Pick up from off Somersby Road. We are on the 56 bus route. for those without personal transport
