Ashwagandha Plant (Indian Ginsing) (Darvel KA17)

I sowed some seed out of interest. The plant needs heat so will need a warm environment. The root is used for medicinal purposes and ready made powder is available to buy in health shops. I suggest you Google the name to see the benefits and how to grow but if you would like to try a plant, I have some available for collection.
