Ashwagandha Plant (Indian Ginsing) (Darvel KA17)
I sowed some seed out of interest. The plant needs heat so will need a warm environment. The root is used for medicinal purposes and ready made powder is available to buy in health shops. I suggest you Google the name to see the benefits and how to grow but if you would like to try a plant, I have some available for collection.

My PC tower has just died. I need something which can cope with producing leaflets, etc for a wee historic charity I'm involved with and a phone or tablet isn't very efficient for what I need. A working tower or desktop pc would be appreciated if anyone has one and is looking for a new home for it, it would be grately appreciated.
