Old style, plain wood with "Crest Marine Ply - Ride on the 'Crest' - West Cornwall Woodwork - Penzance" painted/stamped on there. Maybe from the 30's?
9 & a half inches wide at the tail end, not very thick & 11 inches at the front. 47 & a half inches in length with a tilt up at the front.
