9' x 12' Ruggable (washable) + pad (Ardmore)

Just had this cleaned today. Professional cleaners removed dirt, dust, and dog urine stains. They told me that dogs will still be able to smell the stains, even though people cannot. So this needs to go to a home without dogs! Also, some ground-in dirt stains remain, mostly in one corner.
