These items are big and heavy! Will need at least two strong people to lift them (I cannot be one of them). They come from a home with cats and dogs (but no smokers!). Sofa bed and love seat, both very sturdy, made by Rowe Co. Both with machine washable slip covers. Sofa bed needs new mattress. Last photo shows tapestry upholstery under slip covers. 2 rugs, both need cleaning: 9' x 12' rug, beige with red, tan and soft green tones. 8' x 10' rug, red with black, tan tones. Large coffee table made of wood with rattan and glass top.

These are VERY heavy stands that I made out of half-barrel planters. They each have 150 lbs of concrete in them, with drainage holes above the concrete line. I filled the planters with dirt and shade plants. The market umbrella stands/frames are separate and they fit into PVC pipe embedded in the concrete. One stand has a crank handle, the other is opened with a pully rope. One 7 foot umbrella available, but it needs a LOT of cleaning. Must bring 2+ strong people to carry the planters. Planters are 12" high, 21" across.

Large Weber stainless steel propane grill. Genesis Gold model. Two pop-up shelves on either side. Hooks for utensils and propane tank on right side. Storage underneath with two stainless doors, one off track that can be fixed. Comes with empty propane tank. Bring your own full tank if you want to test it. Hasn't been used in 3-4 years. Worked last time we used it. NEEDS CLEANING! Need 2 strong people to move it (I cannot be one of them).
