Kitchen cabinet doors (Greenhill S8)

Bit of a long shot but does anyone have some half decent Imperial size kitchen cabinet doors. Need 4 in the following sizes: -

3x 500x720mm
1x 300x720mm

Would prefer wood but not fussy about what kind of wood - don't want laminate coloured ones as have cats who use the worktop for sleeping on but use the doors to help them jump up and they will just end up scratched.
Can collect from anywhere at most times and happy to take whatever you have - even if there are more than I need. TIA
