Light-brown, velour-covered sofa. A neighbor left it out. It appears in very good condition and very comfortable. The seat cushions are removable.
It is wedged between two carports in the parking lot that spans the end of Valencia Avenue, off South Mary Avenue, and Madera Avenue, off West Iowa in Sunnyvale. The parking lot is behind the Crosswalk Church parking lot.
Please include your available pickup time for me to let you into the parking gate at the end of Valencia. The parking gates are also open on Wednesdays and Thursdays for trash collection.
