Here I have a hardy geranium NOT SURE WHAT COLOUR BLUE OR WHITE plant that is herbaceous, which means they come up each year. She is a ground cover and doesn't grow higher than six inches or so. Hardy Geraniums are great fillers and do well planted amongst other plants like roses or spaces that are difficult. I wouldn’t be without them.
All I do to these plants every year it’s just cut them down at the end of the summer and they grow basically on their own with no real attendance.
OK to plant straight out water in this weather though.
