Clean faded Batman shower curtain (Sunnyvale near Fremont H.S.)

This shower curtain looked perfect, but when it needed a cleaning I washed it in the washing machine. It seems the printed material was not very durable as it came out damaged as you can see in the pictures. The reverse side has no design as seen in the photos. I'm thinking it could be used as: a drop cloth for painting, a homemade slip 'n slide, a curtain or sun protection in an outdoor space, a weather-proof bike cover, a place for kids to make messy outdoor art...lots of possibilities. Can anyone save this from the landfill?
