This listing is for a seedling cutting . It can be planted now even thought there is not a huge root ball, It flowers in September.
It will pretty much grow anywhere it is not fussy and will spread slowly.
It should be okay to plant into nice soft soil, but look after it. It’s only young. The ground is too hard with this heat at present
