This blind is actually 44 5/8 wide. The measurements on the sticker are for the inside dimensions of the window, so in a window that was 45 1/8 inches wide this blind would have about a quarter inch (1/4) clearance space on each end.
This blind was used in an Anderson window with two window panels that opened outward.
The blinds are still in generally good condition. A couple of cosmetic nicks here and there but not so many that they stick out.
