Sofa-Bed (used, with Fire Label) (Bradford on Avon BA15)

We have a very good quality (but old) sofa, which is no longer used. We intended to have it upholstered but haven't done - and wishing to do up the house, it's in the way. So we should re-home it. The bed folds out very easily and the structure is very sturdy. There are a couple of small tears on the fabric (as it is old) but would be easily patched (e.g. with an iron-on patch).

Please contact me if you would like this - either as a spare sofa, spare bed, or an upholstery project! It would be great in a spare room (study or whatever), in a student house, or for occasional guests.
