Several gallons (!) of homemade Cole slaw. Light vinegar-&-oil dressing (slightly sweet, not excessive), so you could eat as is or embellish with extra vinegar, or mayonnaise, or...?
Include day (prefer today, but tomorrow ok), time (2-hr window) & quantity you can use.
