Kettle: In good condition, 5 months use.
Bought for a housemate during their tenancy, not needed anymore.
Milk Frother (hot/cold) + Warmer: In good working condition, you can froth hot or cold milk, and you can also warm up cold milk.
Neither have gone through an end-of-tenancy clean so I recommend giving the outside a wipe and inside a wash before your first use :)
