Ebony stained kingsize futon bed base (New Elgin IV30)
Ebony stained Kingsize handmade futon bed base RRP £349. Comes in 3 sections that are placed together to form the bed base. You can place any mattress or futon size (king or smaller) on top of it and it gives good ventilation + support. Getting rid of it as I recently bought a different bed and have been using this as a shelving unit, which is a shame if someone else can make better use of it Note: the shoes on the bed are indoor shoes, the frame is clean. A pair of deck chairs. Bought 2 summers ago. One chair used once, then stored away because they'd better suit grass and we have pebbles in the seating area. The other chair never used. Very sturdy comfy and multi-use cube that still has a lot of life left in it! I use it as a chair, foot stool, a small step to help reach top shelves, etc. Please see photos for measurements. It's made of faux leather and hence it is facing significant peeling, so I use it with a throw on top (as pictured). Peeling aesthetics aside, it's still very sturdy/handy for anyone who doesn't mind or is able to reupholster it!

Recliner Leather Sofa 3 seater (New Elgin IV30)

Dark brown (looks close to black) 3 seater recliner sofa. I suspect made with bonded leather (at least at the bottom where the leather is peeling). Bottom is stitched separately and therefore the peeling isn't affecting the actual seating area, just the foot part. If you come to collect, please be aware that we may need your help carrying it outside. Thanks :)

Kettle: In good condition, 5 months use. Bought for a housemate during their tenancy, not needed anymore. Milk Frother (hot/cold) + Warmer: In good working condition, you can froth hot or cold milk, and you can also warm up cold milk. Neither have gone through an end-of-tenancy clean so I recommend giving the outside a wipe and inside a wash before your first use :)

Purchased for £700 around 5 years ago. Bespoke and handmade. Donating as my back has special requirements and have since upgraded mattresses. I tried flipping it over to take a picture but couldn't see it so maybe i'm confusing it with another mattress, but maybe I'm not Collection note: This mattress is heavy and large, so before you collect, please make sure you have room for it in your car and are physically able to carry it

An HP Deskjet 3720 printer that I'm giving away as it's just been collecting dust. As far as I'm aware, it's in good condition, it just needs a wipe down to remove dust discolouration. It will need a new ink cartridge and new cables which should be fairly standard and easy to find in your home from other gadgets (included in photos so you can see which ones). Even though it's been collecting dust for several years now, i gave it a whirl last year and connected it to my PC just to see if it's still in working order, and it was. I'll have a look around for the missing cables just in case I can find them.

USED and missing the ladder and missing the 3 danging mouse rods but still easy for cats to navigate and get to without. Purchased 4 years ago for an elderly cat that doesn't enjoy jumping and therefore barely used it. So it has minimal wear but will still need a vacuum. Sitting in my attic hence posting stock photos. Single roll-up futon (New Elgin IV30)

Condition: In good (like new?) condition. Plum colour. I'm assuming it's flame retardant as it's purchased in the UK, but cannot see a label (may be on the inside). Bought 4 yrs ago during a house move (when awaiting a bed shipment). Used for 3 or 4 nights and then it stayed in my cupboard. Should be in like new condition as only used a few times and with a matress protector and flatsheet on. However, rolled up futons may collect dust and it's therefore worth airing it out and giving it some sunshine just in case. Can be unzipped to wash outside. Please see photos for measurements.
