Bespoke Kingsize Futon Mattress (152 x 200cm) (New Elgin IV30)
Purchased for £700 around 5 years ago. Bespoke and handmade. Donating as my back has special requirements and have since upgraded mattresses. Original Invoice states: 1 X BESPOKE FUTON MATTRESS KINGSIZE BED MATTRESS 152 X 200CM ( 5FT X 6FT6 ) STANDARD COTTON DRILL OUTER / TUFTED / FILLINGS 2 X SWALEDALE WOOL / 4 X REBOUND COTTON / 3CM MICRO POCKET SPRUNG CORE / FULLY TURNABLE & FOLDABLE FUTO-MATTRESS Condition Note: In my recollection, one side had hot chocolate spilled on it several years ago and even though cleaned left a slight discolouration. I tried flipping it over to take a picture but couldn't see it so maybe i'm confusing it with another mattress, but maybe I'm not Collection note: This mattress is heavy and large, so before you collect, please make sure you have room for it in your car and are physically able to carry it

HP Printer Deskjet 3720 (New Elgin IV30)
An HP Deskjet 3720 printer that I'm giving away as it's just been collecting dust. As far as I'm aware, it's in good condition, it just needs a wipe down to remove dust discolouration. It will need a new ink cartridge and new cables which should be fairly standard and easy to find in your home from other gadgets (included in photos so you can see which ones). Even though it's been collecting dust for several years now, i gave it a whirl last year and connected it to my PC just to see if it's still in working order, and it was. I'll have a look around for the missing cables just in case I can find them.

Cat Tree (1.4M Height) (New Elgin IV30)

USED and missing the ladder and missing the 3 danging mouse rods but still easy for cats to navigate and get to without. Purchased 4 years ago for an elderly cat that doesn't enjoy jumping and therefore barely used it. So it has minimal wear but will still need a vacuum. Sitting in my attic hence posting stock photos. Single roll-up futon (New Elgin IV30)

Condition: In good (like new?) condition. Plum colour. I'm assuming it's flame retardant as it's purchased in the UK, but cannot see a label (may be on the inside). Bought 4 yrs ago during a house move (when awaiting a bed shipment). Used for 3 or 4 nights and then it stayed in my cupboard. Should be in like new condition as only used a few times and with a matress protector and flatsheet on. However, rolled up futons may collect dust and it's therefore worth airing it out and giving it some sunshine just in case. Can be unzipped to wash outside. Please see photos for measurements.
