Old costume jewelry 1980 (Brooklyn)

This is an old costume jewelry from 1980 I do not know if the jewel is real inside but I needs a little bit of cleaning up if you use toothpaste to clean the metal of will shine a little bit more and clean the tool piece up a little bit more that's a nice piece to wear if you going out it's really old I got it from my aunt to pass so I'm cleaning out a lot of stuff if you're really interested please tell me
