Ready mixed cement (Ramsgate CT11)
If any one has any ready mixed cement to spare I would be very grateful. I don't understand on dry cement pack how to mix. I'm disabled a pensioner and a female or if any one local has been doing a job and has mixed left over that be good. Many thanks
