Any make of old screw on Lens (Lakenham NR1)

After expressing that I would love to do some nature photography my cousin gave me a set of close-up bellows attachment for my camera.

Unfortunately it needs a screw on "M42" Lens and my own camera has a different fitting. I would greatly appreciate any lens at all that will fit. I understand M42 screw was common on many older cameras so even an old camera/lens together and I will be happy to pass the camera body on to someone that may be looking for such.
