Free: Callaloo seeds (City Centre NR1) My summer crop is over and I have callaloo seeds if anyone would like. Greens to cook all summer long from this good flavoured variety. Steam as with spinach but callaloo doesn't go soggy. This one hails from Jamaica but so many Caribbean and South Asin dishes use this incredibly heath bringing plant.

Free: Horseradish (City Centre NR1) I have harvested and have some starter root to give if you have space to grow a horseradish. (like a large dock plant) You can make sauce if you like but it is superb grated in dishes such as Ferricelli al Rafano, Rafanata or Spaghetti al Puttanesca atc., and can substitute for wasabi.

Request: Any make of old screw on Lens (Lakenham NR1) Withdrawn After expressing that I would love to do some nature photography my cousin gave me a set of close-up bellows attachment for my camera. Unfortunately it needs a screw on "M42" Lens and my own camera has a different fitting. I would greatly appreciate any lens at all that will fit. I understand M42 screw was common on many older cameras so even an old camera/lens together and I will be happy to pass the camera body on to someone that may be looking for such.
