This height adjustable mobility aid can be safely used outside as well as indoors. The pouch needs a vacuum. The rear wheels have restrictors on them which prevent the walker from rolling on its own, I.e. it won't get away from you. This was particularly helpful for my father who lived with Parkinson's.
