Here we have some birthday candles my wife bought incorrectly, I am, in fact 65.

They are made of golden wax.

Mounted on a cocktail stick so they can be stabbed into a cake or someone making nasty comments about your age.

We put them on the cake nevertheless, and blew them out under cover of darkness.

Having been used once they are ready for someone else to commiserate with surviving another year.

Boasting a height of 7 cm for the number and a further 4 cm of cocktail stick they will fit anything from a small wafer thin mint to a full size 3 tier cake.

May be useful for children aged 5 and 6.
