Free: Food spiraliser (Poynton SK12) Hi! Here we have a nifty device to make your food more exciting to eat. We used it once and it has sat rather sad at the back of the drawer. You put the food, such as a carrot and push it into the device and it comes out like a big spiral. Anything long can be put in there, preferably carrots or cucumbers. Thanks.

Free: Coin collectors book (Poynton SK12) Hi! Here we have a book aimed at coin collectors. It is from 1997 so only covers coins issued before then. It is a limited edition, hard back book. I have put a photograph of a couple of the pages to give you an idea of what it covers, it is wide ranging and was helpful to my relative who collected Roman coins. A good way of learning about history, or seeing how value you might have lying around with that shiny coin you saved ‘just in case’ Thanks.

Regretfully, they have sat in the garage for over a year and am now unable to get a refund. They are screwless flat plate in brushed steel. My wife found it useful when walking at night and travelling on the train. They could also be handy for children. They have a lanyard so can fit round your neck, held in your hand or attached to your belt. Once the cord is pulled from the mouse it sounds an ear deafening shriek, (much louder than my wife’s) to deter an attack and draw attention. Here we have the actual grill George Foreman the boxer used whilst he was getting in shape for his fights with Mohammed Ali, which he no longer needs. Free: Fans, ideal for heatwave coming (Poynton SK12) Gifted Hi! Get ready for the blistering weather next week and keep cool with these fans. They have two fans per unit and each can be operated separately. They will also tilt upwards. Handle on the top for carrying. Previously used in a playgroup setting, placing them all round and pointing them inwards meant they could pretend to be Mary Poppins the wind was that great. There are four of these in total, three are boxed. It would be great if all four can go at once but will split if you only want the single unit. They are 59 cm high x 30 cm wide. Free: Small study desk/ dressing table (Poynton SK12) Expired Hi! Here we have a small desk in laminated beech effect wood, originally from IKEA. It has about 2000 screws and nails holding it together and is surprisingly heavy. My daughter used this when she was studying, and later with the addition of a freestanding mirror, applying several layers of make up. In remarkable good condition considering how old it is, if only IKEA did face cream. It has a small drawer, which I used to hide my Cadbury’s chocolate in until my wife discovered the hiding place and replaced it with celery, our decree nisi is through soon. It is 90 cm high x 97 cm wide and 47 cm deep. From a smoke free, pet free, and now, child free home. Free: Retro 70s Coffee table (Poynton SK12) Expired Hi! Here we have a retro 1970s wooden coffee table in a lovely colour. It has seen many garibaldis and cups of tea over the years. It has a shelf underneath to store those Vogue or Cheshire Life magazines. In great condition other than the ring stain on the top which can easily be sanded out. Free: Digital Camera (Poynton SK12) Gifted Hi, Here we have an older, small Vivitar digital camera. It takes SD cards which slot in the base. It has a small viewing screen. It takes 2 AAA batteries. It is 3 mega pixel which is low for modern cameras, many mobile phones have more, but ideal for viewing on computer on making smaller prints. If you want to view on a computer you a will need a means of downloading them, there are no other wires or accessories other than in the photos. This is an extremely light camera and fits inside the little camera case which has a loop to fit over your belt so can be carried around without effort. Free: Bathroom cabinet mirror doors (Poynton SK12) Expired Hi! Here we have two mirror doors off our bathroom cabinet which is just over a year old. My wife bought this and put the receipt somewhere for safe keeping. Please note it is for the doors only, anything you can see in the other photographs such as false teeth, scrunchy or false wig, is not included. After a year, she noticed what looked like little bubbles under the mirror surface on the side you admire yourself in. It is hardly noticeable and I was not going to contact the maker HiB, but once the receipt was dusted off and I saw the receipt, nearly fainted, no wonder she hid it! Thankfully there is a five year guarantee, after sending photos they agreed to replace them. The quality is excellent, when I shaved each morning and glanced in the mirror, I saw Brad Pitt staring back at me. If you look at the photographs you can see where I had taken some pictures, they are really close up and you can hardly see them. The photos of them on the kitchen floor show them after removal, I have put the plastic triangular protectors on each corner. So, you are looking at two doors, which are mirrored on each side. The surface which was on the inside of the cabinet is clear from blemish. They measure 70 cm high by 30 wide each. Please notice the metal plate on the inside surface which fitted to the hinge, you may be able to prise this off but it reflects well on them that they have used glue which NASA used to cement the tiles on the Space Shuttle. There is also a small metal handle on the bottom of each door, also fitted firmly. They are quite heavy but could easily be used free standing, perhaps on a dressing table or bathroom ledge. Now packaged in the replacement boxes to keep them safe. Will fit in most car boots. We live in Poynton SK 12. Free: Steering wheel lock for Car (Poynton SK12) Gifted Hi! Here we have a Metro Lock, similar to,Stop lock, I notice still being sold at Halfords for £50. This plastic cover cracked on this one and has been removed so it shows as bare metal. It can still be used but might be better to cover with duck tape to save marking your steering wheel. It has the key and opens and shuts as it should. A great visible deterrent to deter those pesky thief’s from trying to joy ride in your car. We live in Poynton SK12. Here is a little box with alphabetical cards to keep you organised, whether to use for telephone numbers, bills, your Christmas card list or indeed, people you dislike, I’m sure there are other uses. With a certain event coming up in July you could list all the promises made in alphabetical order, or in name of the MP, who made them and cross reference them in the following years to see which ones have been broken. Very popular in the 1980s/90s for the person who wanted to appear organised and busy, adorning many an executive desk, but now, sadly, in less demand than a Bay City Rollers LP. ( I have nothing against them other than my sister used to scream when they came on Tv) I used to hide my Tunnocks caramel wafers in there until wife found out and forced me to share, so this is redundant and I now need an alternative hidey hole. It is quite old fashioned now as we all tend to keep these things on our mobiles, but great for a visual reminder when our lap top, mobile or PC conks out and you could reach for this and open it quicker than turning those on. The box is made of plastic and the cards are made of, err, card. There is no writing on the cards. It hinges along the long side. It measures 18 cm wide x 11 cm deep x 11.5 cm high. Free: Bicycle saddle (Poynton SK12) Gifted Hi! This is a saddle of my wife’s bike. We bought a bike from Halfords and within a few months this one developed a couple of tears as she was overtaking Bradley Wiggins. There are two of them which you can see in the photographs, they are not getting bigger as she was riding it for several months. Halford kindly fitted a new one under guarantee and had no use for this one so it is just sitting around waiting for more adventures. It is easy to fit.
